Hashirama > DSM Kabuto > Naruto > Jiraiya.

id say naruto is the best because he has the harder job of balancing his chakra, the fox's when going in sage mode.

Hasihrama can go instantly in it and seems very good at it.


Kabuto needed orocihmaru's dna so hes not that good.
Jiraiya needed Ma and Pa frog to aid him. Jiraiya didn't have any special add ons like kabuto , so its easy why jiraiya had to do it the hard way.

But each sage mode is different,
Toad sage mode requires to stay still to continue getting natural energy. The other sage modes seem to not worry about this concern but Toad sage mode offers big advantages compared to the others as a result.
1) it boosts all ninjutsu(including genjutsu) and pyscial body(taijutsu)
2) Increases reach with Frog fu
3) gives sensing abilities when mastered a level on their own. To the point it helps you dodge in fights real time.

Lol don't forget it now BSM for naruto yes that's counted after all kabuto also added thinks to his sage mode yet it still considered a sage mode so why should BSM be exception.

By far Naruto, and the reason is clear... even Jirayia, one of the best shinobi in the whole series, was not able to master it at the level our main protagonist.

I'd say Bijuu Mode Naruto. With Bijuu Mode on the amount of time he should be able to keep Sage Mode on is pretty high and in pure power he has. Sage Mode adds to your original chakra. In which Bijuu Mode chakra he has so much chakra it could be felt miles away. Even though Sage Mode can't be sensed it's assumed that his chakra is as big as 100% Kurama.

Naruto who now can use Tail Beast Mode and Sage Mode at the same time it gives Him much higher chakra than anybody else who is a Sage.

Naruto and Hashirama. anyone that is displaying animal features is not balancing the natural energy completely so kabuto and jiraiya are not on the list.
