Naruto > Cause he can use it now almost instant > Knows how to do it with kage bunshin
Kabuto > Cause he knows how to do it on his own
Jiraiya > Needs help from ma & pa to stay in sage mode

naruto's SM is better than any other SM but naruto didnt show the real abilties of his SM For example ,few chapters ago , naruto made a rasengan with the help of only one hand in SM BTW i like hashirama bhudda statue and kabuto's SM too
