um no. sauskes just as much a master of sharingan and is stronger than itachi in power and variety of techniques.

You do realize he was acting under the orders of Konoha's elders right? So he was actually following orders, when he left. I'd say he was less of a rogue than anybody. He slaughtered his entire clan and left the village with it pinned solely on him just because his village leaders told him to.

and how do you know? Neither of their EMS ability has been shown. But from what I've seen, Madara's susanoo looks hella stronger than sasuke's, and it wasnt even completed.
