Are you guys kidding me by saying that Minato reflexes are faster. Yes he was once upon a time but Naruto with Sage Mode has the best reflexes of all the ninjas. His senses and reflexes are above anyone else. Now think about when he fuses Sage Mode with his Bijuu chakra again then his reflexes with be off the charts.

Minato's reflexes were compared to Ay's while in Raiton Armor, Minato was able to physically react to V2 Ay coming at him, I think its clear who has the best reflexes in this manga.

But if i had to choose; i would say Minato.
