What are your favourite / the best in Naruto? Not only for Offensive use, but just all-around "Best"?
These are what I think, in no particular order.
-Sage mode-
Different Sage modes offer different abilities, I'll list a few of them and their benefits.
Toad-Sage mode.
Toad Sage mode, known to be used by Uzumaki Naruto and Jiraiya is taught by the Frogs on Mount Myoboku.
Some of the advantages of this Sage mode are;
The Sage's physical strength, speed, stamina, reflexes, perception and durability increase enormously, the Sage's Taijutsu, Genjutsu and Ninjutsu are also dramatically increased. In addition to this, the Sage gains the ability to use Natural energy around them as an extension of themselves, increasing the range of their Taijutsu.
Snake/Dragon Sage mode.
Snake or "Dragon" sage mode is a Sage mode used by Kabuto Yakushi. This Sage mode adds the same effects as the Toad sage mode but also gives the user a more snake like anatomy, such as their brille, which can be used to lock out light as well as stop visual-based genjutsu from affecting them.
Hashirama's Sage mode. ( And now Madara's.)
Little is known about the Sage mode that Senju Hashirama uses, other than the fact that it enormously increases the scale of his Jutsu and his Taijutsu is strengthened. Other abilities are yet to be seen but from what Madara has recently shown using his Sage mode, it could help regeneration and even allow you to re-attach your own limbs.
Jinchuriki beast modes.
Curse marks.
The seals have two different levels, and the types of transformations differ from seal to seal. When inactive, the seal is simply a black tattoo on the user's body. Orochimaru has a wide array of cursed seals, so the appearance and power of the seal will usually vary. Each seal always has three identical marks arranged in a circular pattern. When first activated, the marks on the seal glow and replicate, spreading over the user's body. This is known as the first level of the seal. The degree to which this occurs is dependent on the user, and the degree to which it spreads is proportionate to the overall effect it has. Normally, the wearer of the seal will also experience slight pains during the activation of this level.
The second level of the seal causes the black marks to completely envelop a user. This is followed by many unnatural alterations of the user's body. Once transformed, common features shared include yellow eyes with a black sclerae, skin changing colour, and longer hair. When in this level, the seal also eats away at the mind and personality of its users, driving them to madness if used for too long. It also takes quite a toll on their body, since they are being mutated by the seal. Aside from the first and second levels of the seal, skilled users of the seal are able to perform partial transformations in which the aforementioned mutation caused to the user's body in the level two state can be used without altering the entire body. The power of the cursed seal can even synchronise with the user's regular body with extended use, exponentially enhancing the abilities of their normal state.
Sharingan
The Sharingan is a Dojutsu, and Kekkai genkai of the Uchiha clan. This particular Dojutsu gives the user a wide variety of benefits, from being able to track movements that would normally escape the human eye, to casting Genjutsu with but a glance, even on Bijuu!. The Sharingan is further enhanced when the Mangekyo sharingan awakens, granting the user up to 7 known extremely powerful Jutsu. These include the powerful fire technique Amaterasu, the almost unbreakable genjutsu Tsukuyomi and, in rare cases, the use of Susanoo. Some wielders awaken the same technique in both of their eyes, such as Obito Uchiha, whose eyes allow the user to use space-time ninjustu such as the dimension-shifting technique Kamui, as well as Shisui Uchiha, whose eyes are both capable of activating Kotoamatsukami. Using the Mangekyō Sharingan puts strain on the user's eyes and erodes their vision, eventually causing blindness. This can be prevented by transplanting another pair of Mangekyō Sharingan from a close relative, such as a sibling. The newly acquired Mangekyō Sharingan looks like a merge of both eyes and is dubbed the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan
Rinnegan
The Rinnegan is the final form of the Sharingan, created when an Uchiha or Senju obtains the opposites DNA.
One who gains the Rinnegan has access to a multitude of abilities. On its own, the Rinnegan allows the user to see chakra, including otherwise hidden barriers, such as the one which surrounded Konohagakure. The holder of these eyes have the potential to completely master all five basic nature transformations that form the basis of ninjutsu. It can also decipher more of the Sage of the Six Paths' tablet than the Sharingan and the Mangekyō Sharingan are able to. The Rinnegan can also allow its user to summon and control the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path.
One of the Rinnegan's trademark techniques is the Six Paths Technique, which grants the user multiple abilities known as Paths. The Animal Path can summon several different creatures. The Naraka Path can summon the King of Hell, which can be used for interrogation and restoration. The Preta Path can absorb any chakra-based ninjutsu. The Asura Path can clad the user in mechanised armour and grant them various weapons. The Human Path can read minds, at the cost of ripping out the victim's soul. The Deva Path allows the manipulation of gravity-based forces to either repel or pull in an enemy.
Finally the user is granted the Outer Path, also known as the seventh Path. It grants the user control over life and death. It can be used to control tailed beasts in a similar fashion to the Sharingan and the Wood Release with its chakra chains. The Outer Path also grants a shared field of vision between its user and their summoned creatures and Six Paths of Pain, which gave multiple angles of vision and neutralised any blind spots. At this point, all of their eyes would also sport the Rinnegan.
Yin seal
The Yin seal used by Tsunade and Sakura ( And Mito Uzumaki ) is a large concerntation of chakra stored in the users forehead and released at will to increase the users strength and healing abilities immensely.

Their Durability is also increased.
Becoming the Juubi's Jinchuriki also gives you access to Super black death goo ( That I can't remember tha name of for the life of me, omydmon or summat ) and incredible amounts of Chakra/Power.
