Best Pokemon Game

This thread is about the best pokemon game. Not the Downloadable ones on your wii or ds and such, not the pokemon ranger or pokemon conquest. Only the Rpg, catching, training, leveling, elite four beating, smack down beating, mom's house resting, games. Okay? IF i missed any please tell me DX If i already made this post my bad, i didn't meanto spam. I thought my first one might have not loaded

Emerald and gold version, I was at elementary at that time and I remember playing it during class when the teacher wasn't looking with my friends xd

I like Heart gold/soul silver/Pokemon BW..
But fire red and leaf green are d best..

The older pokemon generations are better than the new ones in my opinion. I'm gonna go for gold here and say that Fire Red is the best. I've played Leaf Green, but I like Fire Red better because it has some better pokemons.

fire read is the first pokemon game i ever played so i hold it dear but black and white have a meaningful plot i found very enjoyeable
