My answer is:

Naruto- Training, love, and bonds makes you stronger.
Guy/Lee- Train, train, and train some more.
Guy/Konohamaru- Rivalry makes you stronger ALL combined.
I'm training myself.. ( not ninjutsu so dont even start ) Judo, pool and gym.. Atleast i need all of those combined to maximise my training! those very same 'training methods' do work in real life just fine!
