Who is the best person that makes RPG bio's on the base that takes requests?

If you don't RP, you shouldn't be posting here then. I already have an RP Bio I made myself, and I sucked at it. Answer the question or don't post for future reference, some mods really hate spammers. But thanks for your concern.

There isn't really one best person.
Drizzy is good at it, but there are several bio shops as well if Im not mistaken where people make bios for you. You should check around to find them.
