Best old theories! Itachis character.

I'm going to to try to start a board series here on old theories and comparisons to the canon and effects it would have on the story. An the first on this series starts with Itachi and based on a old theory that I saw on Youtube.That it made Itachis character sound very Akuma like with a need to test his own power and gain more as well and Itachi did pretend to be this way with his battle with Sasuke. So how would the story be affected if that was actually the real person who Itachi really is with the strong desire to surpass Madara and test his strength? An would you like him much comparred to the Canon Itachi or would just find him to be a generic villain?

We would see an EMS Itachi trying to fight Tobi
So I would like that better than the canon storyline.
