Strongest- hashirama
Smartest- minato
Most chakara- hashirama
Coolest- tobirama
Wisest- tobirama
Best tactician- minato
Best hand to hand- minato
Best ninjutsu (overall)- hiruzen
Best single ninjustu technique- hashirama

I would agree with this except general minato made all the calls quickly and decisivley during the kurama attack. The second oneis why i gave the single jutsu to hashi

Idt the Shinsuusenju is a Summoning. If it's not, then I'd have to give Summoning to Minato (lots of different toads) or Hiruzen (Enma).
Also, Tsunade was never a general. Ay is the overall leader/general of the Allied Forces.
