Best ninja without a kekkei genkai

In no order these might be the strongest ninja out there with no kkg:

Naruto Uzumaki (No explanation needed)

Minato Namikaze (Had a flee on sight order, no matter the number of ninjas)

Kabuto Yakushi "Prime" (Arguably the strongest ninja. His only weaknes was his lack of personality)

Orochimaru (And now with 4 hokages and more knoledge than ever)

3rd Raikage (Best attack and defence, its someone you dont want to fight if you are not a sage xD)

....

Troll Ninjas:

Onoki & Muu. (They have kekkei tota, not kekkei genkai xD)

I don't believe Kabuto would count, considering he has two kkg's implanted into himself.. Sakon/ukon's and Kimimaro's
