Ultimate Ninja 3 .. or Ultimate storm 1

These games had actual ultimate jutsus the ones now are too meak .. and quick .. plus i loved how each character had more than one special .. and actual good movesets..

HONORABLE MENTION: Clash of ninja series .. these games required skill to utilize the combo's .. and had a much quicker battle system .. it also just flowed better
