omg, i'm glad i'm not some you guys friend.
1st dont show someone new to Naruto an epic fight that the story build you up for(sasuka vs itachi; naruto vs pain/or sasuka) those type of fights could spoil things for them.
fights like neji vs hinada/ or naruto; naruto vs oro; lee vs gaara; lee, naruto, gaara vs bone guy(forgot his name); sasuka vs gaara; team 7 vs zabusa(something like dat); sakura & old lady puppetmaster vs her grandson
what had got me into naruto was one of naruto the video games on the gamecube. when i played it i saw the different jutsu's & was hooked & had to see the show. the ones i noticed was( tri gram 64 palm; shadow clone; chidori; rasengon. also when i saw Oro, kakashi, itachi i was like these are some cool character & have to learn more about them.

You want something that will get people into Naruto, show them Naruto's very first Kyuubi Mode against Haku and Drunken Lee vs Kimimaro, right after that Garaa vs Kimimaro.
Some good ones from Shippuden are Kakashi vs Pain, Sasuke vs Danzo, Kyuubi Naruto vs Pain and Orochimaru, Sasori vs Chiyo and Sakura, Gai vs Kisame.
