My favorite character is either Itachi or Mei.

Itachi because he's awesome.

Mei mainly because of Lava release.

Itachi, Minato, Naruto (of course!), Jiraiya, B, Hashirama, Tobirama, Hiruzen, Kakashi, 2nd Muzikage (captain awesome xD), A proceed ad infinitum. The series just has so many awesome, varied and likeable characters.
