I have many favorites. Not in order:

Jiraya VS Pain - Good fight all around, and even though Jiraiya died getting to see him go all out was cool. Jiraiya saved Konoha that day.

Kisame VS Bee - Kisame fused with Samehada = Awesome

Gaara VS Second Mizukage - Showcased Gaaras versatility, growth, and intelligence.

Naruto VS Pain - Nothing dull about that fight.

Killer Bee VS Sasuke - I don't like Sasuke, and seeing his cocky ass get stomped is enough for me to consider that one a favorite.
