Best Movie Soundtrack?

Which movie/movies ( if theres more then one part Ex: LOTR,Starwars, indiana jones Etc.) Has the best soundtrack of all time ..

Imo it has too be lord of the rings.. that soundtack is absolutely amazing.

you get goosebumps whever you listen to the epic songs and tears when the sad music comes on ...

"Now we are free" from "Gladiator" is the best movie soundtrack i've heard till date...

Yeah, LOTR for sure, and Gladiator as well. <3 I also love The Green Mile's soundtrack.

If we count Best Franchise Soundtrack - like all movies from same series' OST - together, then Harry Potter, LotR, Dark Knight, Pirates of Carribean ect... are amongst my favorites.

Personally, a tough fight between first 3 series mentioned! U_U Combining all 8 HPs movies soundtracks together, is one hell of a collection, I must say.

As for single movies, most Hans Zimmer's soundtracks (Inception, The Lion King, The Last Samurai, Man of Steel, Black Hawk Down, Sherlock Holmes 1 ect...). Gladiator, Titanic, ET, The Terminal, Braveheart, The Aviator ect... are great picks too. Somehow, I'd be picking The Lion King out of those.

A mention to 2 of my most cherished tracks from a movie's OST (and both, amongst best ever!):

- Promentory from The Last of the Mohicans.
- Vangelis from 1492 La Conquista Del Paraiso.

Both tracks are heavenly gems. <3

Never really liked HP Soundtracks :/ however i was waiting for someone to bring Up Zimmer .. Although i respect his talents i never really like all his stuff .. And yes im not the only one who liked Promentory <3
