unlimited izanagi is just the ability to use izanagi without going blind, izanagi doesnt allow you to do anything you want, its just a genjutsu you put on yourself that erases any damage done to your body, but leaves any attacks you do as part of reality.

but it doesn't make sense comparing characters from different manga's , you can even not count the so6p as a naruto character , he is the god of the manga and was never shown in it except some fogy figure of a man
but as far as i understand being turning you opponents reality to an imagination and turning your imagination to reality means invincibly especially if you can do it as much as you want

no, izanagi doesnt affect your opponent at all, just the person who does the jutsu. and creation of all things allows the user to create things out of thin air(which piccolo, another character from DBZ, can do with ease and it doesnt expend much energy)

btw, you can compare them. a lot of characters from DBZ can destroy planets as a hobby. only a few characters in naruto can destroy a single town at the most, something DBZ characters can do with a single blast
