Tobirama not only became the hokage (which Madara never achieved) but he mastered spacetime ninjutsi and killed uzima ( which Madara never could) and he invented Edo tensei the strongest most powerful jutsu in Naruto (which Madara never could). He also anexed the Uchiha and kept them in their place (which Madara never could). He could also move faster than the speed of light to any part of the globe and had senju chakra (which Madara never could).
