Best looking pair of eyes?

Sasuke's MS and EMS, because it's the most unique as far as the colour combination and the pattern goes. I love Sharingan - 3 Tomoe - in general as well. Really creative on Kishimoto's part. The sharingan in general is one of the most creative things out of this manga. Even artistically, the mutations the comma growth and then the further enhancements are pretty amazing.

If one looks at the eye-shapes, then Madara, Sasuke, and Itachi have nice slanting bedroom eyes. That gives them props as well.

I agree, I find Sasuke's designs to be very lackluster. Especially compared to Kakashi/Obito's, Izuna's, Shisui's, and Itachi's eyes.
