Sasukes model is the worst, it looks like a boring atomic model, and imho is more dull than a 1 tomoe sharingan, but then again, I hated doing that crap in highschool, so maybe I'm a tad biased, but the best goes to Madara, or maybe shisui, they just seem like some superb MS designs

PS: I'm surprised how so many people admired Shisui's MS design. I always thought of it as a basic buzzsaw-shape design. XD

My favorite has always been Itachi's. It's not overdone but it is just enough to denote the change in the Sharingan form. Kakashi's would have to be my 2nd favorite and Shisui's my 3rd.
