-Madara didn't care to move because he was an edo and knew he would regenerate. That and he was attached to the Juubi. But Lee did look pretty badass though.

-Kabuto vs Itachi and Kabuto just used Tayuya's flute genjutsu. But Itachi saw through it and told Sasuke to look into his eyes so that they could both break out, considering Sasuke would not be able to break out alone because he does not know genjutsu reversal like Itachi does. Then Itachi got Kabuto w/ Izanami...after Kabuto stated that since he sealed off his vision in the beginning of the fight, that he would not get caught in genjutsu...but he did. xD

ot: Itachi vs Deidara. I like him, but he just looked pitiful there.
That and Madara stabbing Sasuke with his own sword.

You don't need genjutsu reversal to break out of genjutsu. Sasukes eyes were superior than that of itachi's yet neither could move nor break it.
The only option was to remove the restrains in the genjutsu.

Yes, I do realize that genjutsu reversal is not the only way to break out of it. I'm just saying that it was a possibility at the time, had Sasuke not been there. Also, there isn't quite a thing as "superior eyes" in this series definitively. Each possess different variants of power. Itachi is decent at utilizing amaterasu and exceeds in genjutsu, whereas Sasuke is the opposite...meaning he was not much help in this situation. What they did was the only way for BOTH Sasuke and Itachi to get out quickly. If Itachi broke out himself then freed Sasuke, that would waste time and Kabuto would have gotten them. Also, they could still turn their heads slightly and talk to each other, even though Kabuto said they shouldn't have been able to do so.
