In terms of strength...there aren't that many strong kunoichi. The strongest is probably Tsunade. There's also Mei, Toka Senju (who was famous for her genjutsu skills), Shizune, Konan and Kurenai (who is suppose to be as skilled at Itachi in genjutsu).
