Itachi.
Defeated a Sannin at 11 and had him admit inferiority.

Anbu captain at 13.

Noone else has a better prodigious rap sheet.

Kakashi managed to awaken MS at the same age as Itachi while being non-Uchiha. That's some prodigious rap sheet to me.
Also, I'm not denying he stomped Orochimaru, but:
1. He wasn't 11, dude. He was 14 or so.
2. That was mainly due to a good (bad for Orochimaru) match-up, because Orochimaru sucks when it comes to resisting Sharingan genjutsu

He was 11, it was stated in both part 1 and 2.
Unlocking ms doesn't mean you're automatically strong, Kakashi still didn't realize he had it untill somewhere during the time skip. That doesn't put him high on a prodigy list. He was a genius yet, but when put on the battlefield, struggled to face another jounin.

Orochimaru doesn't suck when it comes to resisting genjutsu. Orochimaru has a 5 in genjutsu, meaning he's either master level in it , or has master level knowledge of it . He did exactly what he was supposed to do, or anyone would do and was going to use the kai method to break it. Itachi stopped it before it could happen

itachi still was a child and orochimaru got whooped.

Pretty sure kakashi didnt unlock MS at the same time as itachi.

Madara killed experimented Senju(strongest clan) without Sharingan as a kid. Hashirama was even stronger. Minato stops Kumogakure's mission to recover the nine tails at 10. Kakashi was already defeating experimented jounins and became war hero at 9. If anything those are the greatest prodigy

Actually he was around 11 in part one they claimed Orochimaru left 7 years ago and Itachi died 3 years after that at 21

Naruto is the biggest prodigy of his generation.

A Factual thing cannot bear an opinion. There is a specific term to what a prodigy is.. Those 3 are simply the best prodigies of Naruto-verse..
