I personally didn't like how sudden his bankai was but damn it was savage as hell. I liked how he just chewed on Gerard's mouth and just ripped it off.

Can't find a gif, but it was in the Diamond Dust Rebellion movie where Zaraki takes off his eyepatch and his pure reiatsu just blew a hole in the goddamn sky, the feeling never goes away.
During the time when the Sternritter looked unbeatable, when the captains were struggling to survive. This badass shows up to Yhwach "himself" with 3 of them dead on his sword. Just a badass.

All the scenes above + a scene in the zanpouktu filler arc, when the zanpouktus rebelled against their masters, when kenpachi dropped in the battlefield, and released his reishi and destroyed the whole place, striking fear in the zanpouktus, kira's zanpouktu cockily attacked him, and got fodderized. I love that scene
