So yeah. All things considered, who owns the Narutoverse in terms of swordsmanship?

Well when kenjustu is taken into consideration, one must also add the sword of the user. Kisame has the best sword but his set of skills isnt purely sword fighting but chakra absorbtion by sword. If we only consider pure sword waving (raiton, or Samurai's skills included) I think it would be Killer Bee. That man was just a beast with those sword. Nail'd Sasuke like a little bitch.

Even if Bee was on there I would've still voted Mifune. Nobody knows a sword like he does, he's dedicated his whole life to that thing without needing distractions like chakra or jutsu :')

IMO he could even keep up with Bee's 8 swords.

I believe it's between Mifune and Bee, well it's my opinion at least. They both seem specialized in the art itself, and Bee has lots of style.

Mifune is a samurai. He dedicated his life to it and blitzes shinobi before they can use jutsus. He's a beast.

Still, Bee is up there, too.

- Pinning down Kabuto's snakes in his Sage mode. That's one hell of a sword feat given Kabuto's immense speed, as he even dodged Sussano arrow.

Together with how he killed Samurais without breaking a sweat and took down hundreds of ninjas without injuring them. His Chidori Spear and Sword of Kusanagi also incorporate Raiton with into his Kenjutsu skills. I am surprised you have not put Madara there? He is shown to fight with a scythe and sword several times in the manga. He appears to be very experienced at Kenjutsu.

We have no idea what he's capable of with the sword He can stab someone, that's all we know. *I* can do that. Izuna could've literally been at the end of his rope for all we know. Going by that logic, Orochimaru should also be in this thread
