In a battle, which kage would do the best, and who would become the next best kage excluding naruto?

tbh unless Tsunade can find away to knock down that old fooled from out of the sky i would give her the best. but for now i'll agree with this so oonoki is a little better, but her regen beats all. and naruto will be the next good hokage, better than both of them

Minato would probably do the best because of FTG + Rasengan technique and can just do that and I'm sure he knows more than that like his sealing. Or Hashirama would because we've seen part of his power through Madara and I think Madara uses it differently/weaker than Hashirama ( Am a Madara fanboy so no hate please).

The Next Candidate For Hokage besides Naruto out of the K11 would probably be Shikamaru or Lee.

Shikamaru for his genius, his strategic battle experience, his Shadow Possession Justu, among other things.

Lee for his Springtime Of Youth (His version of The Will Of Fire), his enthusiastic attitude, hard work, Gates, and much more the only thing that would hold him back is the fact that he's never led a mission.

Youre question's kinda vague. Who would win of all Kages or just alive ones? And who is the next Hokage?

I would say Hashi for all, Oonoki for living, and Shikamaru for future Hokage, maybe his dad, idk

Tbh I think that each kage has their strong points and their weak points. The battle would also depend on the setting though.
