This is kishi's manga so his opinion is a little important when discussing matters. Lmao, you tried to twist the fact on how and what intent he created her design by evading the point, which was kinda not favourable to you imo.

Himawari and Hanabi.

It's good, but Hinata's design is bland overall imo. Her hair style is typical and common in anime tbh. Well Part 2 and The Last I mean. prefer her with short hair, so part 1 and Boruto.

No one comes even close to Hanabi. Neji's desing is second best, while Hinata comes 3rd. Others are not that important, but I gotta say that I used to like Tokuma's desing a lot, although he looks exactly like Neji.
