Bane was not a human IMO I don't even kno wat he is but ya I agree he was loosing but his fight was like Ironman vs big ironman frm the first movie (they both needed a girl to do the final shot ) u have absolutely no proof of it not being able 2 shut down the suit. It can shut down any electronics so I'm pretty sure it can. Even if it can't (which it will) it will atleast shut down tht thing 4 his heart so hell die either way
