Why tsunade and sakura are top

Because they can instant regenerate(if someone lost his arms/legs no problem sakura and tsunade can grow new in instant) many people in all range =TOP HEALING

Pein arc was different because tsunade LOST byakugo .

In karin case she healed her when tsunade already had byakugo ON and kastuyu did most of the work but karin gets the credit ? Sigh

Sakura is far better medic than karin

Difference between them

Karin:

Can't heal her self.

Can't heal poison.

Can't heal more than twice in one day she run out of chakra from the first bite.

Can't heal unconscious people if they don't bite her she can't heal them .

It doesn't heal 100% like karin said .

The enemy can bite her and heal himself in a fight (big problem ) .

Sakura :

She can heal herself .

She can heal poison .(she healed the best poison in the world )

She make antidote.

She can Heal unconscious people .

She can heal hundreds without a break .(unlike karin who run of chakra after one person)

She have more medic techs which she can make it for fights too .

She healed 4,000 shinobi in seconds without being exhausted (while karin almost die die in 2people)

Edit: current Sakura can use instant mass long range REGENERATION (grow limbs /cells back instantly )

Karin did not heal tsunade FROM CUTTING IN HALF she healed her from loss of energy .

Tsunade was weakened and had no energy to the point her old form is showing .but karin healed her from that (almost any medic can do it btw even tsunade eating food had the same result)

THE ONE WHO STICKED TSUNADE BODY WAS TSUNADE HERSELF AND KATSUYU KARIN HELPED GIVING TSUNADE ENERGY CHAKRA SO TSUNADE CAN HEAL HERSELF AND SUIGETSU HELPED HOLDING TSUNADE BODY SO TSUNADE CAN HEAL HERSELF .THAT DOES NOT MEAN SUIGETSU AND KARIN ARE THE BEST HEALERS

Also theres a difference between tsunade case in pein arc and the fight with madara

Tsunade did not heal fast
Because she used her byakogu seal to the whole village and the byakguo gone

But in the fight with madara her byakguo seal is still there

And something most people don't understand karin didn't stick tsunade body she gave
her chakra recovery after she lost a lot of chakra .


Tsunade than uses the byakugo seal after her chakra is back and katsuyu (not karin ) stick tsunade body . [as you can see katsuyu is standing on tsunade belly)

In fact katsuyu was able to heal tsunade alone with tsunade left chakra but tsunade said that she should heal the kages instead .

Tsunade knew that jutsu sucks karin's own chakra and will kill her if over used. Karin would be just as useless as sakura was trying to heal shikamaru.
