[Discussion] Best Haki Users

So out of the 3 types of Haki, I selected IMO the best user.
-This is based on hype, assumption and some facts

Kenbunshoku Haki/Mantra/Observation
-Admiral Issho
--IMO I think he has to be the best one. Being blind gives a tremendous disadvantage especially when fighting. But seeing him being able to clash with Zoro and sense his single blade slash is amazing. And becoming an Admiral out of nowhere he has to be extremely talented with Haki

Busoshoku Haki/Armament
-Garp
-I said Vergo earlier, but everyone made a compelling argument. But other than that, I think Garp is the best choice for this position.

Haoshoku Haki/Conquers
-Shanks
--I don't know what to say about this one. This is purely do ti hype and assumptions. We saw what he did to WhiteBeards crew, even Jozu and Marco said his haki was extremely powerful

Now this is just my thoughts.

Correct me if I'm wrong but wouldn't have Law needed better Haki to get past Vergo's Haki?

OT: I would have Isshou, Shanks, and Rayleigh. Rayleigh was able to free himself and suppress an explosion with his Haki. Pretty damn impressive.

See I don't think Law needed Haki to beat Vergo's. I think it was based purely on his skill with his DF. I think Law has fully mastered his DF and due to that was able to use it at its best, resulting in cutting Vergo.
-But I can be totally wrong. If Law used Haki then that would Vergo isn't the best in that category.

Well Haki nulifies the DF power in a way meaning that he would need stronger haki to actually cut through him

Basicly no haki = easy cut,one he put up the haki Law could not cut and therefore needed to provide stronger haki to beat vergo's haki to actually cut him.The result was so strong he cut through the mountain.

Also I still feel Enel has the best observation haki but thats just me ._.

I guess you can look at it that way, Law's fruit is probably a factor. But I always thought stronger Haki can't cancel out the fruit. Like with Garp punching Luffy or Shanks stopping Akainu. Their strong Haki bypassed the fruit. Since they had stronger Haki, if the opposing DF user has better Haki, then that should end a sense, negate the other person's Haki. That's what I think the case was with Law so I don't know if I'd Vergo up there with the best.

Mhm I guess that makes sense, I just feel like his DF played a huge role and could possibly cut through anyone. I'll change Vergo out for someone else I guess

Noone has rly shown any great feats with it except take out a bunch of random fodder so its only a guessing game and in such way I feel as tho WB would take the lead if we dont count Roger


Yes we never even saw Roger use it but it doesnt do much good when its only used on fodder anyway

Rayleigh's and Fujitora's CoO is better than Enel's.

CoA; Garp. Runner ups, Shanks/Mihawk/Akainu

CoC: Shanks. Runner ups, Dragon/Rayleigh

I think the people without a nice devil fruit in average will end up being slightly better at haki than those with it.
