edit: and as well, hiashi > neji. hiashii can use double air palm, while neji & hinata had to combine to do a weaker version. his kaiten spin, in part 1, is still the biggest & strongest jyuken jutsu to date.

its also implied he is greater by being the head of the clans main branch.
