Best Fire style user besides Madara

The title, no amaterasu. I consider it enton(blaze release) not katon(fire release). And it beats any fire style so it's not fair.

Guess I will go with Obito. Since when Madara and Obito did fire realease together then both of them did almost same size if I remember right.

Id say itachi after him. he the only other person that consistently uses fire style in fights and in cool ways (Flame shuriken, GFB, phoenix flare)
