The moment naruto stomped one pain to save granny tsunade I was like woah!!

And that's the reason. It was filled with jaw dropping action, they fought with passion and employed the coolest moves and jutsus. Naruto's maturity and smartness, he was like all grown up like his dad. His Sage Mode powers, and then the Nine Tails rampage... not to mention Pain's powers were ridiculously strong and amazing.
