Well comedy come in many forms.

Bernie Mac was a comedic genius, he didn't do stupid shit to make you laugh. He told it like it is an that's what made him one of the greats.

White comedy! They seem to do a bunch of stupid shit to get you to laugh like hurt themselves & do nasty shit for giggles.

while black comedy is more real in real situations an it's how the scene is handled that makes it funny.

Maybe i see it wrong but most comedians in holly wood do dumb shit because the populace is so dumb down an is soaking the dumbness in. Especially in merica.

It said in no order but he is one of the better when it comes to being able to give a long intricate comedic monologue. Farley, Belushi and Williams aren't really vocal comics they're reactionary comics what made them so popular were their characters and actions, not saying they're not funny and can't give good speeches because Robin certainly can talk but he uses over animated actions doing so to get laughs, like Brian Regan does. Seinfeld I never viewed as a good verbal comedian, an early one yes but he's been passed.

Bateman, Biggs, and cohen aren't really verbal comics. Trevor Noah's not an actor. Sudekis, Farrel and Hart are good calls though.
