To me, Kirin. The Gedo Mazo Dragon jutsu is dangerous. It could be fatal to the user. Kirin, on the other hand, doesn't. It takes time to activate it but it's extremely dangerous and there's hardly any chance for the opponent to survive, unless you have extremely high speed or extremely tough defence.

It can happen to that Gedo Mazo Dragon jutsu too. Kirin is extremely speedy, much, much faster than GMD jutsu.
