A lot of other high tier characters have done better to be honest. Of course, to be fair, Madara wasn't really going all
out and trying to distract while other characters were trying to destroy their enemy.

But there's no real way to scale what Madara's full out is, so his destructive feats put him below Kaguya's, Naruto's,
the Naruto and Sasuke conjunction, Indra's arrow, Naruto's Rasenshurikens that he used while using Ashura Avatar.

Kaguya would definitely beat Naruto in an arm wrestling contest if she wanted. She can convert more chakra to physical power than anybody.

As for her winning the technique portion, the truth-seeking sphere simply atomically deletes everything physical/chakra. It's not really a technique that shows destruction and explosion, so it's not a contender for first place.
