You are given attributes of davy jones ranging from controlling any ship you step on to the tides and the wind. If in Full transformation you are given the skills of Davy jones making you a powerful immortal fighter.
Unique Tactics: If on the Pluton you can summon up a crew of undead sailors to do your bidding
Specific Weakness: As its a davy jones devil fruit you are bound to a ship for life. If you try to go on land you die as Davy Jones is cursed. If you try to go on water you lose your ability and drown. This can be overcome if you carry a small bit of sea stone when on land. That way you can go on land but you are still completely weak.

Ability Description: the user sees things as probabilities if they form their hands in the shape of a diamond and look at an object through that diamond. Like if they look at a ceiling fan they can tell the probability of it falling or the wind blowing it into someone. And with physical contact they can change the probability of it as they wish.

The user puts their hand in the sky affecting the probability of a storm showing up.

The user can augment their strength by converting mental power into physical. Can also do this for any other trait, like healing, but leaves the user with a headache depending on how much used.

Unique Tactics: Can read opponents mind to read future attacks. Can take control of people. Can move objects to attack opponent off guard. Can fly. Can learn information quickly without having to ask. If user becomes advanced enough, can control objects on atomic level.

Specific Weakness: Busoshoku Haki which would negate user from reading thoughts or manipulating body parts IF Haki is stronger than their own.

Ability Description: Allows you to create a room which you can freely control, when the room is created you can control time within the space, either choose to stop it or slow it down so it seems you are moving at the speed of light. It is similar to Laws technique, you can switch places with anything and manipulate it how ever you like
Unique Tactics: You can rewind time, but it comes at a huge price, the user will loose 10 fold the amount of time he revinds
Specific Weakness: No weakness found currently, strongest devil fruit

Any severed body part can regrow at incredible speeds, and even the severed body part can regrow a new body, though the new body is completely subservient to the original and acts as a puppet. The puppets also can regrow limbs and bodies. The user can erase the extra bodies when he pleases

Unique Tactics: The user can cut his own limbs to create a makeshift army. Or as he is fighting someone, can fool them by having them cut off a limb, and while acting in shock, the person who is fighting will be distracted on the original and not realize the second body about to strike.

Specific Weakness: The user still experiences pain from attacks. (So ability is akin to Mutant Healing Factor seen in X-Men) After extensive use age though, the user may have gotten more used to pain and increase there threshold for pain dramatically
