Most Logia's (Yami Yami, Goro Goro, Mera Mera, Hie Hie, Magu Magu, Pica Pica), some paramecia (Gura Gura, Fujitora's, Fuwa Fuwa, Ope Ope, Doku Doku, Nikyu Nikyu, Noro Noro, Hoby Hoby) and 2 Zoans (Buddha and Phoenix) ... They are all pretty OP (though some are used by total idiots)

That's some major overhyping on Sengoku's part.

Why hasn't the world been destroyed? For Whitebeard to rival Roger he MUST have used it to the max ('world busting') but because the world is still around it's obviously not a world buster.

Destroying the world doesn't help you in 1v1, but yes Indo think that was overhyping, in a 1v1 speed usually plays more of a role than outright strength

WB in general is overhyped in the fandom imo, let's say compared to the Admirals ("WB fodderized Akainu" for example) and it's because of one liners like that, most manga (and other fiction), as well as OP, sometimes go overboard with trying to hype someone/something (over exaggerate to make a point) up too quickly

a. Dragonballs in One Piece
b. Planet busters in One Piece

Even if Roger could somehow stop a planet buster with his Haki, nobody else could. So the earth could still be destroyed as a result of another fight between Whitebeard and say Shiki or Garp or someone similar, if Whitebeard was truly a Planet Buster

I'd go with Kuma's paw paw fruit, tho many things about that fruit are not fully explained.

He can make 'bomb' by pushing air between his hands + what's more interesting is ability to remove pain from one's body and to transfer it to someone else.
