The 4th Raikage's Lighting armor,:sasuke:Sasuke's Chidor wasn't able to hit the Raikage when he had his Lighting armor on.

Or

:sasuke: Sasuke :itachi:Itachi and Madras Susanoo,Sasuke himself said to Gaara that his Susanoo was stronger the his Ultimate Defense.

Susanoo. Let me explain my reasoning and i know i am going to get a lot of hate but what the heck: First of all, Garaa's defense is tough but not as though. I mean would take a Dedaira bomb straight through hell no. Susanoo in the other hand cannot be breached. I know people are going to say that Madara got breached when Garaa pulled him out of the Susanoo. Well first he had to use Onookie's lightweight technique and in battle would do much good. Garaa sand is fast but can it withstand the impact of a jutsu. Can it withstand a tensai, a dedaira bomb and so on. Susanoo is strong in defense so what.

The Fourth Raikage's Lighting armor. Hands down. Naruto had to use his own moves to take him out. Gaara's defense is childs play compare to the fourth Raikages,and Susanoo can be easily be broken or bypass as we seen from Madara,etc.

LOL but dude susanoo got pierced by the raikage when he fought sasuke and again when he fought madara. So how does that make it the strongest defense? Lol itachi himself said it, every jutsu, every skill has a weak point.
