Best Custom Ninjutsu? - Who created it?

What do you think the best custom created ninjutsu is, e.g. minato with rasengan, naruto with rasenshuriken, kakashi with chidori, the list goes on, Orochimaru - 8 branch, etc (they are created by the user - not passed down or a KKG)

I think that Jiraiya's Hair Needle Senbon was awesome XD when hes full power its just such a cool ability and really fits with the whole 'sage' thing - where traditionally sages can control every single movement of their body (ie hair)

The worst, is definitly Gaara's 'possum' - putting himself to sleep LOL
