I'd say Minato and Kushina...though couplings are not all that important to me.

Mina/Kushi, Shika/Tema, and NaruHina are all tied in my book. If I had to pick between the three, NaruHina takes it. I didn't use to be a big fan of them until I saw some fan art that converted me.
