You should get behind it the problem is Kaguya's line pawn Kaguya as well not just the Otsutsuki.

I personally dont believe the Uchiha have their powers because Kaguya ate the fruit. I think the connection to the Uchiha power is more to do with Hogaromo becoming the Jyubi Jin and he passed on the powers via himself.

@Bold: Yes, Hagoromo passed on this power but consider this:

Why did Hagoromo even have the power to defeat the juubi, become its jinchuuriki, spread chakara, etc...? It is because he inherited the power from Kaguya, who ate the chakara fruit.

Do you really think that Hagoromo would even have any power to pass on if it wasn't for Kaguya eating the fruit? I think that the most he would pass on (if Kaguya hadn't eaten the fruit) would be white eyes (which probably wouldn't even really be able to activate and function as byakugan).

You also said that you think that Hagoromo becoming the jinchuuriki influenced the Uchiha. However, remind me of this:
What is the juubi? Who is the juubi? The juubi is Kaguya (fused with the shinju). Why did she have the power to fuse with the shinju? It is because she ate the fruit. No fruit = no juubi = no juubi jinchuuriki Hagoromo = no Uchiha power (based on your theory)

Your argument essentially seems to be trying to sever the connection between the Uchiha and the Otsutsuki for the purpose of making the Uchiha seem naturally superior, but you seem to forget that in the end, Kaguya, Hagoromo, and Indra were all Otsutsukis still, meaning that Otsutsuki blood still runs through the Uchiha veins (even if diluted).

I don't know whether or not you keep up with Dragon Ball, but if you do, think about this:

1/8 Saiyan or not, in the end Goku Jr's power still mainly came from his Saiyan ancestry.

I see the Uchiha in the same light.

On another note, I wouldn't say that Kaguya's line pawns Kaguya considering that the first time, it took her 2 sons together to beat her, and the 2nd time, it took 5 people (3 of whom descend from Kaguya, and 2 of whom got power from Hagoromo).

Must say Uchiha. Uchiha uses thier Dojutsu more effectively than Otsutsuki ever hopes to use it. More importantly Uchihas are the greatest geniuses of battle unlike Senju/Uzumaki/Hyuga or even Otsutsuki in Manga and that fact haven't been changed by Kishimoto. It's real. Look at the creativity in Sasuke's fights how he uses his Sharingan like the famed clan were once famed for. Completely outshadows Otsutsuki in ocular powers + Otsutsuki has no OP Mangekyou Techniques which Uchihas possess. Descendants doesn't really mean Ancestors trump them in default. More likely opposite. Humans evolved from Homo Sapiens is Homo Sapien >> Human in anything including beauty. Nope never. Similar shit. Uchihas only have thier heritage from them and inheritance they as a clan made the best use of it and had coincidently the greatest intelligences + battle intellect among all clans.
