I can agree with Hisoka.

By anime theme, I'm assuming you mean opening song. In that case, I'd disagree. Blue Exorcist had good openings. Same with Durarara!! The most iconic opening would probably be Cowboy Bebop's "Tank!" I'd say Baccano!'s "Guns & Roses" is my favorite. It's all instrumental and is awesome!
