Best Capture Card for Twitch

So my best friend and I want to start a Twitch channel (hopefully before the new Naruto game comes out then we can take off from work and play online) and we're debating on which Capture Card to get (since we're splitting the bill on the device) I said we get the Elgato from BestBuy, but he wants the HDPVR 2 (which I tried to find in stores but Target, Walmart, RadioShack, and HHGreg have no idea what a Capture Card is..amateurs ).

Now I'm asking y'all which is better and won't lag and stuff

I always capture my opponents with Swords of Revealing Light.

Trap hole works well too.

It depends on your ISP, internet speed, mbps etc. The better mbps and speed, the less lag and better quality of the stream.


I use Elgato which is pretty decent and used by most I know who stream.

I also use BMI Pro (Black Magic) on my PC.
