"A child called it" by Dave Pelzer, THE BEST book I've ever read, I've read a few but that one is just so........... Just read the Summary, you'll understand why, it's about a kid who's being abused by his mother, it has much more to it, if you're interested read the summary.

Hm well I have a lot of favourites because I read a lot but if I really had to choose then I suppose it would be Drawing blood by Poppy Z. Brite. Her other books are fantastic as well
