Best art out of the big 3??

One Piece. The art style is unique. Bleach is hard to follow during fights and alot of characters have the same facial structure but i still like the art style. Naruto's art is awesome but nothing too special.

Coming from a artist perspective since I work on a independent comic myself. One Piece has the most creative style. The envoirments are mad creative (my favorite being in the New World Fishman/Hody Jones arc). I love the full color pages, I look at it sometimes and just go how did Oda do this. But sometimes One Piece and be too cluttered and have too much going on in the actual panels. And that with alot dialouge makes it look messy sometimes. Thats why I hate reading One Piece on my phone lmao.
Naruto actually is pretty stylish and Kishimoto can actually put some detail into some backgrounds. Naruto's can also be very clean. And the color pages can be on par with one piece as well. Just slightly less creative.
Bleach has the best character design but Kubo just comes off as lazy to me. He wastes so many panels on blank spaces during fights and he has the most boring backgrounds/envoirments. Like a long boring hallway or them in some square building. Ugh it annoys me.

I find this appropriate for the topic and to the OP.
Oda has better character designs and backgrounds then both.
Here are the first pages of the recent chapter of all three.
Kishi and Kubo look like they just spill ink in their backgrounds or just leave it blank. Oda tends to draw elaborate backgrounds even when it isn't a big deal. You can tell who puts the most work into their manga and the results show it.

Naruto in in kurama's mind or some place in his cage or something you know the place where naruto fought the kyuubi so why would there be buildings in this place or anything it's just blank kishi is not being lazy gooosh!!!

But here's the thing. Kishi can't draw backgrounds very well. Most of the time, he will just cover the background with trees or smoke.

See how the rocks and trees cover any space for a background, or how the steam from Gai cover the background? its a clever way of getting out of drawing. At least he makes an effort to draw other stuff. Kubo however just likes to draw lots of black and white for his backgrounds.
You have to admit Oda is the best for drawing his settings.
Then it comes down to character designs and foreground drawings. The character designs could for the most part be a matter of opinion, but if you look at all the characters, most of the Uchiha are drawn almost the same. Many Bleach characters look the same as well. Oda's character ALL look different which the comic explains pretty well.

Look at the detail in both pics. I'm sure you can see which is better. Now if you want to find better pics for examples go for it. I was just looking through recent chapters for these, but looking for Naruto ones is pretty hard. That in itself should say something.
If kishi drew background behind gai it will never be the same and epic the steam covering him is better than drawing a mountain behind him and what's wrong with what's behind might dai there's houses from the leaf so,????
