I don't know if you were referring to just Shippuden or the original series too but probably overall Chūnin Exam Arc or the Sasuke Retrieval Arc for me. If just Shippuden probably Invasion of Pain... although I'm also tempted to say Itachi Pursuit... hard to choose!
