I'd say DB or OP.

When you see number of manga copies sold in Japan these two, if I remember correctly, were/ are the best.
But it's hard to say that they are the best since you have to take into account so many other things and not only manga selling...

But, personally, I really like OP and I consider it to be one of the best manga ever.

There're so many good candidates.
I'll just choose Naruto by default since its the only anime that made me join a fandom :| It has also influenced me a lot and i think about it constantly more than any other anime.
