Best and Worst Parents In Naruto

Created this out of laziness. Plus, I thought it would be fun to have another thread that didn't involve the question "what power up will they get next"? Just remember, no bashing, and present facts, it shouldn't be too hard to do.
This can also include parental figures, such as teachers (but keep them about being parental figures, not teaching).

Worst parent award goes to 4th Kazekage he made Gaara a monster (psychologically)

Best parent award goes to Hinatas dad even though he downed her alot he was just trying to make sure that the new head of the Hyuga clan is a strong leader but he does truly live his daughters

Worst Mom - Shikamaru's mom, did u guys look at his dad's face?

Best Dad - Minato coz i bet he can get u anything in split second, probably can beat Usain Bolt anytime.
Best Mom - Ino-chan, guess what? U cant even remember anything that she direct u to do with her mind transfer jutsu.
