Worst
1.Juubi Revival arc-The absolute worst arc.Drawn out and boring fights. Naruto turns into narujesus.I guess sasuke's saying'i will become hokage' was one of the few shocking and interesting mom ents in the arc. Also first hokage's story of konoha was somehow interesting. Besides that the battle with obito was drawn out and madara's fight was too a disoppointment
2. Infinte tsykuomi arc- Another poor arc by kishimoto. He pulled a god like villan out of his ASS with no personality or foreshadowing. Not to mention the well known asspull aka.Kakashi's perfest susano. This arc was however slightly better than the previous because kaguya's abilities were interesting and the final naruto vs sasuke fight was quite entertaining.
3.War arc-Lots of boring battles. Oruchiboto was quite annoying. However there was also some interestin g battles and tactics so it was not all that bad.
4. Confining the jinchuriki arc- Naruto learns bijuu mode,meets his parents. We get to know more about killer bee, It's agood arc but inferior to most other naruto arcs.
5. Sasuke and Sai arc-I enjoyed this arc because we were introduced to danzo,foundation anbu roots,yamamoto. Their interaction with naruto and sakura were very interesting.We also had oruchimaru and sasuke's new awesome powers. However not that much has happend overall.

1.Chunin exam arc/konoha destruction-A very long arc. Truly amazing. It is what got me into naruto. Everything about the ninja world felt so fresh back then. The battles back then were amazing,tactical and teh characters were not overpowered. There was good character development for various ninja. The exam was awesome. Most importantly oruchimaru was introduced.
2. Itachi pursuit arc-Arc based mostly around sasuke. It shows his new great abilities,character development. Hebi are awesome. Lots of great fights including sasuke vs itachi. Great plot twist at the end.
3. Hidan and kakazu arc-This arc is special. It has an amazing tactical battle involving team 10 . It feels different to other part 2 arcs because it actually has great tactics in it. Some shocking moments like asuma's death.
4. Land of waves arc-Begining of naruto. A great villain,great storyline. Simply great.
5.Five kage summit arc-Some people will hate me for this as my choice. Sasuke haters hate this arc. I think it's great. It is short but so dense in storyline.sasuke's new powers and character development,great fights,we get to meet the kage's and a great plot twisit at the end.
6. Pain arc-Naruto learns sage mode. A great villain is introduced. Lots of touching moments and fights. Simply great
